Millburn House B&B is a beautiful 25-minute drive from the centre of Edinburgh, or 45 minutes from Glasgow. It is ideally located for access to east and west coast Scotland, the Scottish Border region, and the north of England. It is located on the Edinburgh-Biggar road (A702), the main connecting route between the M74 and the Edinburgh by-pass (A720). |

All bookings require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid in cash, or in part cash-part cheque. Deposits may also be made by cheque. Millburn House is unable to accept credit cards as a form of payment.
We will be pleased to discuss discounts for extended bookings and for guests wishing to stay during the off-peak season.

ChildrenPlease note that we are pleased to offer a children's rate of £20 per night, for children between the ages of 8 and 12. Unfortunately, we are unable to take bookings from children 7 years and under. Children 13 and over are charged at our standard adult rates.

DIRECTIONS
From the South
Leave the M74 at Abington heading for Edinburgh on the A702. You will come to the town of Biggar, which you should drive through and carry on for roughly 6 miles. Millburn House B&B sits off the A702 on the right-hand side, just before you enter Dolphinton.
From the North
Follow the A720 Edinburgh City By-pass to the Fairmliehead junction. Leave the By-pass and head south on the A702. You will drive through Carlops, West Linton, and Dolphinton. On leaving Dolphinton, Millburn House B&B is the first on the left and sits just off the road, just after the Potato Store.

IMPORTANT NOTE
The A702 is a main road and traffic can occasionally be quite fast to drive along. It is therefore requested that all our guests reduce their speed on approaching Dolphinton so as not to miss the entrance.
Should you get lost or think you have missed the turn-off, please telephone us on any of the phone numbers above and we will be happy to help you get you back on the right-road. Guests may find it useful to print this web page off to refer to in case needed. Please make sure you stop your vehicle before phoning - we would like all our guests to arrive in one piece.
